FERC is refining the existing EQR filing requirements and applying the revisions to all market participants who file EQR. The new requirements will include transaction information including date, price and type of rate information. It will also require them to be filed in XML format.  

<DIV><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: medium"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: small">A new feature has been added to eTariffManager&nbsp;called eTariffLoader.&nbsp; This&nbsp;application will&nbsp;upload XML&nbsp;files generated by eTariffManager or another vendor software in the eTariffManager system&nbsp;.&nbsp;&nbsp;The XML&nbsp;Loader also has&nbsp; been designed to upload FERC XML exported from the eLibrary.&nbsp; </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: small"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">The proposal would give FERC and the public a more complete picture about how prices are established or formed by bilateral transactions in the wholesale electricity markets. It also would improve FERC's ability to monitor wholesale electricity markets for market power and manipulation. FERC is taking this step under authority granted in the Energy Policy Act of 2005. </SPAN></SPAN></DIV>

FERC order 735A revised the 549 form to require additional information to cover storage and transportation transactions to be filed on a quarterly basis. This order mandates that all intrastate natural gas pipeline companies, who provide interstate services, file this form.

With the creation the the XML Loader for eTariff Enterprise, there were issues with Enterprise and the loader displaying the proper  filing and master tariff ID's.  Enterprise was designed to designate ID's to Master Tariffs and  filings automatically and was unsure how to handle existing ID's that come into the system from the XML Loader.
